Science is probably one of the toughest subjects in our curriculum. Physics can be a demanding subject but it can also be a lot of fun. There are plenty of practical experiments to back up the theory sections and students can recreate the major discoveries of past scientists. A Level physics is normally taken along side maths, chemistry and IT but it can also be combined with other subjects like geology and geography. The diversity of the subject means that the career paths for students of physics are limitless and include such things as geophysics, medicine, engineering, aeronautics and even business and finance within the City.
