Students love to take A-Level media studies because it's a fascinating subject with loads of useful applications. Students today get to learn the theory behind the different forms of media while also learning the practical side of the industry as well. Other subjects that compliment media studies include English, art, drama and sociology however these are often dependent on the student's chosen career. Most students take media studies with a view to entering into the exciting world of television, radio or reporting and as such they generally go on to complete a relevant degree course. Some however get lucky and find employment straight out of college.
