I am an experienced, qualified primary school teacher and have been tutoring children between the ages of 6-11 (Year 3-6) for the past 8 years alongside my career. Providing tuition is the role I am most passionate about as it allows me the opportunity to build relationships with children and support them in specific areas to allow them to reach their goal; whether that be building confidence across the core subjects (reading, maths and writing), gaining subject specific knowledge and skills, or through preparing them for particular assessments (SATs & 11+). There’s nothing more rewarding than supporting a child to reach their goal.

Experience: I am a qualified, experienced and nurturing primary school teacher with 10 years experience in the classroom. I have taught across all ages within the primary stage, however I specialise in Key Stage 2 (age 6-11). Alongside my teaching career, I have offered 1:1 tuition face-to-face for 8 years, providing support and allowing many children to make rapid progress, whilst building their confidence across the core areas of the curriculum (reading, writing, maths and 11+ tuition).
