I am a well qualified french specialist teacher with a broad experience in teaching the language to KS3, 4 and 5 students. As Head of French I was responsible to make schemes of work, plan, set and mark Controlled Assesments. I also worked as an AA for Edexcel, marking assessments which helped me to understand exactly what is required for exams.

Each lesson is tailor made and I use a variety of techniques to keep the students constantly stimulated- which effectively make them retain an incredible amount of vocabulary in each session.
I am excellent with grammar I explain the ‘science’ behind the language with detail. I teach students how to construct their own sentences rather than just laboriously memorising phrases that seem arbitrary and disconnected.

As a French native speaker I believe to have the necessary insight into the language and the culture associated therewith. Thus I am able to give authentic and personal input to lessons.

Availability: Weekdays from 4 pm
Weekends from 11 am - 4pm
