Hi!

I am an experienced tutor with a PhD in Molecular Biology and a 1st Class Biology degree, both from the University of Nottingham and have a full DBS check. Over the last two years I have tutored over 5000 hours online.

I appreciate how hard both GCSEs and A-levels can be and like to motivate my students to achieve the best they possibly can. I like to split work into three sections: firstly, I come up with unique methods of ensuring the understanding of complex material; secondly, I help students come up with creative methods of remembering the material, and finally I like to provide help in both exam preparation and technique.

Availability: With just 8 weeks until A-levels start I thought I would tell you about some of the online and interactive courses and masterclasses I am holding in the run up to the exams for AQA biology students.

I am holding 10 weeks of 1hr revision sessions weekly on Tuesday at 7-8pm. These are covering the hardest topics in AQA A-level biology, as voted for by students booked in blocks of 5.

I am also running 3x 2hr masterclasses on Friday 3rd, 10th and 17th May covering key exam skills required for each paper, for instance, maths skills, evaluate skills, statistic skills, application skills etc. These can be booked individually. Paper 1 is 3rd May, Paper 2 is 10th May and paper 3 is 17th May.
