If you are a keen linguist who wants to accelerate your progress, a student preparing for public exams, or a beginner who would benefit from one-to-one tuition, I can help you! As an Edexcel examiner for both A Level and GCSE, and a French teacher with over 30 years’ experience in varying roles in both the state and independent sector, I am a proactive, committed and caring individual with a passion for languages who is highly familiar with the demands of both (I)GCSE and A Level across range of specifications. I am a mother of two children currently at university, available to offer French tutoring online or at home.

Availability: I am available weekdays from 4pm for both online and in-person tutoring.

Experience: As a long-standing colleague in the languages faculty at a top London independent school, I bring strong subject knowledge and dynamism to my tutoring role. I have many years` experience in teaching French to young beginners, from Y5 and Y6 students preparing for 11+ exams or Y7 beginners, to preparing students for (I)GCSE and A Level for which I have an extremely strong record in gaining top grades for my students. In addition, I have taught French and Latin in a local Prep School, and am an A Level examiner specializing in essay and translation.
