Hi, I`m a dedicated, rigorous and friendly tutor with a degree in English from the University of Cambridge and 10 years of extensive experience of teaching. After leaving university, I trained as an actor at LAMDA, one of the UK`s leading drama schools, and continue to work as a professional actor. I have performed at the Royal Shakespeare Company and Shakespeare`s Globe (as well as in the west end and on tour throughout the UK) and have appeared on both television and film.

I`m especially passionate about English literature. As well as guiding you through the curriculum, I want to encourage you to explore your own enthusiasm and intellectual curiosity for the subject. I enjoy tutoring this subject at all levels - whether it be preparing a student for their GCSE, for A Level, or for the Oxbridge admissions process.

Experience: I have extensive experience of preparing younger students for 11+ entrance exams, tutoring them in English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning. Finally, as professional actor, I am well positioned to offer Drama tuition, as well as more general coaching for public speaking - whilst working with the RSC, I also led workshops as an educational practitioner, exploring Shakespeare`s plays with children across the UK between the ages of 6-15.
