Information about Susan
My specialism is GCSE English and I tutor KS4, years 10 and 11.
I enjoy interacting and sharing GCSE subject knowledge and skills with students and drawing out their skills and abilities.
My tutoring approach is straightforward: students’ explain what they are struggling with or want to improve upon, and the best approach is then determined.
I use a combination of GCSE English past papers, lesson tasks and assignments to develop proficiency in subject knowledge and skills.
Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 7-9pm, online.
Please note that lessons
are taught in doubles and offered either once a month or twice a month.

Absolutely wonderful teacher. When my daughter started of with Susan, she was had no clue how to tackle various questions in English literature. Susan worked with her over the past few months and slowly transformed her from a nervous student to a more confident student who was ready for her GCSEs. Susan has always been accommodating and willing to help out extra to ensure that the my daughter was well prepared for her exams.
