Information about Rosa
I have been helping people of all ages to learn since I was in high school myself (somehow I was the one helping my classmates to understand the complexities of the Spanish syntactic analysis Spanish students have to go through to complete their A Levels).
Although when I did my first degree (Humanities and Media Studies) I wanted to be a journalist to save the world, or an artist to tell the world something fun and important, I always ended up teaching somebody to do something, especially teaching both my native language Spanish to foreigners, as well as English to people in Spain. Before coming to the UK, I had expanded my horizons to work with people of all ages with SEN (believe it or not, I was even teaching dancing!).
In the UK I have been on a rollercoaster of developing my understanding of learning in general, and learning language (spoken and written) in particular. I became a qualified teacher (MFL), a dyslexia teacher and assessor, and a Deaf Education specialist and I am currently completing a degree in Speech and Language Therapy, while I continue working with private clients and some local schools.
If you want you or your child to be taught or supported by somebody who really understands what it takes to learn, to acquire a new language and develop one`s language, look no further!
