A few years later, I achieved my PGCE on the part-time in-service training route with Essex University. Subsequent to this, I acquired QTLS with the Institute for Learning (IFL) and Associate HEA status with the Higher Education Academy (HEA) through the CADENZA programme. Experience: In my role as Lecturer, I also hold responsibility for developing and supervising student placements for students on the BA Health and Social Care.
