Hi, My name is Mia and I am a 2nd year Medical Student. I am very experienced with tutoring Biology, Chemistry and Geography and was able to achieve A*AA at A-Level.
I am a friendly and enthusiastic tutor who is dedicated to helping students achieve their academic potential and boost their confidence. I am confident with teaching difficult concepts and making them easy to understand and learn.
I am excited to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for my students to help them reach their full potential. This will be aided by encouraging them to work collaboratively with myself on the content of the lesson and allowing the time for the students to ask plenty of questions to ensure their understanding.
A session with me will look like:
• Starter activity based on something we have recently covered and any introductory knowledge for the topic of the session.
• The main bulk of the session will be focusing on the student`s preferred topic, trying to build up their understanding and confidence through various activities.
• The final part will be focused on a wrap up of the session. This involves consolidating anything we have learnt and assessing my students understanding.

Availability: Weekday evening after 6pm
Weekends - flexible

Willing to travel: Home Only

Experience: Tutoring Chemistry, Geography and Biology A-level and GCSEs since December 2023.
