I am a friendly and supportive teacher with over 15 years experience of teaching science and A level biology. I am passionate about teaching science and working with students to help them reach their potential.
I have successfully tutored students at GCSE and A level to help them achieve excellent grades.
Availability: Weekday evenings from 4:30 - 9:00
Saturday morning

Experience: I have over 15 years experience of teaching science and also more recently as Head of Faculty for science.
I am a GCSE examiner for an exam board which gives me great insight into helping my students develop their exam technique.

Howard tutored my daughter for her GCSE sciences, she achieved 9s in all three. My daughter is now having tutoring with Howard to support her A level biology. Howard makes the learning enjoyable, is clear and able to explain things in detail providing all the necessary resources to support the learning. Howard has always been very accommodating with finding alternative times for tutoring when my daughter’s schedule has been busy. We would recommend Howard to others

Howard is working very well with my son Oli, helping to consolidate his knowledge of science and filling in the bits he has missed in class. Oli says he is friendly, easy to to talk to and is enjoying the tuition with Howard.
